There may have been a few sound problems, but the Black Eyed Peas' Super Bowl halftime show delivered the goods in both sheer entertainment spectacle and simple singalong pop music fun. Framing the entire performance with their worldwide mega hit "I Gotta Feeling," the group delivered their engaging stage presence, guest artists Usher and Slash of Guns 'n Roses, and hordes of dancers and lights to simply deliver a message that we need more love in the world. The energetic medley swiftly moved through most of the group's biggest hits and dared viewers at home to let go and sing along. Perhaps the most striking moment was the cut to blazing lights and dancers on the field spelling out the message, "LOVE," accented by dancers forming a giant heart shape on the football field in introduction to the song "Where Is the Love?" Putting it all together the Black Eyed Peas delivered the entertaining, uplifting, and family friendly pop music performance any Super Bowl organizers would be proud to make part of the annual celebration. Check out their performance below.
